We can ship to major developed regions such as Europe, North America, Australia, etc.
Usually you can receive the package in about 15 days. Due to the coronavirus, you may receive the package in about 20 days.
- For customized products, we provide an unconditional full refund before we start production. Returns are not available after production begins.
- For regular products, you can initiate a refund within 24 hours.
How to Refund
1: Within 24 hours of receipt of the package, if there are quality problems, please contact customer service to make a refund, the freight is paid by the seller.
2: Please make sure that the packaging and product are not damaged, if it does not affect the re-sale, you can contact customer service to get our return address, and return the goods within the specified time, the return shippine fee is paid by the buyer.
3: The refund method can be selected: DHL.UPS.FEDEX.TNT, or the local postal service for docking refunds and returns.
4: If possible, you can keep the refund list and contact customer service, we will use PAYPAL or bank transfer to refund.
5: If the product is not damaged or the package has not been opened, if the buyer does not want to buy or does not need it. You can contact customer service and process the return in any way, but the cost of the return is paid by the buyer.
6: After receiving the package and opening, if you encounter a defective or damaged product, you can contact us to make a claim or we will bear all the costs of modification or return.
